When not seeing patients Dr. Wilkerson enjoys spending time with his family and hiking, skiing, and biking throughout Maine. Dr. Wilkerson serves on the ASSH volunteer services committee and has previously volunteered on surgical relief missions to Haiti and Vietnam.

Treatment Philosophy

"My number one goal for every patient I treat is to get them back to doing what they want to do, whether it's playing for the Red Sox or playing with their grandkids. If it’s important to you, it’s important to me."

Dr. Wilkerson was great. He listened, gave me options, and actually answered my questions. Give that man a gold star.
