Lisa Mims is a board-certified athletic trainer. Lisa works in our Portland physical therapy center and is the Head Athletic Trainer at Cape Elizabeth High School. Lisa’s time is split between game coverage and teaching athletes exercise/training to prevent injuries. She also rehabilitates athletes to return them from injury in a safe and effective manner. She has been with Spectrum Orthopaedics since 2012.

The most rewarding part of my job is helping athletes get better and return to the activities they love.
